This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how SM Shop Mart processes and delivers orders within New Zealand. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

SM Shop Mart supplies grocery items, household products, and everyday essentials sourced from trusted retailers and delivered to customers after order confirmation.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been accepted and prepared for delivery.

3. Delivery Areas

SM Shop Mart currently delivers within the Waikato region and selected surrounding areas.

If your address falls outside our delivery area, we will contact you to discuss available options or arrange a refund if delivery is not possible.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Waikato local delivery: 1–3 business days after order processing

  • Extended areas: 2–5 business days depending on location

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to supplier availability, weather conditions, or courier delays.

5. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and order size.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before payment is completed.

6. Order Availability & Substitutions

Some products may occasionally be unavailable after an order is placed.

If this happens:

  • We may contact you to offer a suitable replacement product, or

  • Remove the unavailable item and provide a refund for that item

We will not substitute products without customer approval.

7. Authority to Leave

If you select authority to leave at checkout, SM Shop Mart is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once the order has been delivered.

If authority to leave is not selected and no one is available to receive the order, redelivery arrangements may be required.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Click & Collect (If Available)

Where Click & Collect is offered, customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Orders must be collected within the agreed timeframe.

10. Delays Outside Our Control

SM Shop Mart is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Supplier stock delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Events outside our reasonable control

We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

11. Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

SM Shop Mart is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
